8-Week Women’s Self- Defense Boot Camp

April 24 - June 12
The first 6 weeks of our Women’s Self-Defense Boot Camp will focus on basic self-defense techniques and defense against common attack scenarios. The last 2 weeks will serve as a review of all the techniques we learned!
All you need for class is comfortable clothes such as yoga pants or athletic shorts, a comfortable shirt, and tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.
