6-Week Women’s Self- Defense Boot Camp

The first 5 weeks of our Women’s Self-Defense Boot Camp will focus on basic self-defense techniques and defense against common attack scenarios. The last week will serve as a review of all the techniques we learned!
All you need for class is comfortable clothes such as yoga pants or athletic shorts, a comfortable shirt, and tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.
$65 for the six-week course
A $20 nonrefundable deposit will hold your spot in the class, and the final $45 is due the first day of class.
