We offer classes for every level, whether you’re an experienced martial artist looking to further your practice, a woman interested in learning how to protect herself, or a parent seeking an activity for children that is fun and physical.

 
 

Fit For The Fight

Learn self-defense while getting in shape! Our Krav Maga class will teach you how to protect yourself, how to strike back, and how to escape.

Adult Advanced Classes

Tuesdays
5:30pm – 7pm

Advanced Krav Maga for those who have passed the yellow belt test, or those who have permission from an instructor to attend.

Our adult intermediate Krav Maga class focuses on intermediate and advanced techniques and how to apply those in realistic situations. Sparring gear is required!
